Birch Hill Farm, located on Morgan Hill in South Woodstock, Vermont, is a diversified working farm.
Katahdin Sheep
Grass-fed Katahdin sheep are raised here on the farm, utilizing state-of-the-art scientific breeding methods to strengthen the quality and vitality of our flock. Our lambs are produced as breeding stock, some for sale and others to improve our own flock. We are also careful to practice rotational grazing and mindful stewardship of our land. Organic Maple Syrup
Birch Hill Farm maintains a certified-organic sugarbush, from which we harvest sap which is then boiled in our sugarhouse. From this, we produce Birch Hill Farm's excellent organic maple syrup, for sale at many local stores and by mail order. Find out more at our Birch Hill Farm website…
Additional Farm Products
Our forestry management program includes logging. We also sell hay, in both wrapped round bales and square bales, firewood, and compost.
